‘OAE's’ are a name we have given to traditional and contemporary outdoor adventure therapy activities which have well established physical and mental benefits for participants. On TWP, we incorporate a very wide range of OAE's which are suitably matched to the physicality and ability of each participant. OAE’s help to support other aspects of the programme and assist participants reconnect with themselves and the with natural environment.

Led by qualified guides and instructors, all OAE's are run with the participant in mind helping them to build self-esteem and confidence as well as providing opportunities for reflection and recovery.
